Delete your AxioHire account

You can start permanent account deletion from the web portal or the AxioHire mobile app.

What happens

  1. Sign in to the AxioHire portal and confirm the deletion request.
  2. Access is suspended immediately and all active sessions are revoked, while the seven-day recovery period begins.
  3. After requesting deletion, you can log back in within 7 days to cancel the request and restore your account. After 7 days, your account data will be permanently deleted or anonymized. To use AxioHire again after that, you must create a new account and start over.
  4. Legally required financial, contract and audit records may be retained with identifiers minimized.

If you cannot access your account, email business@axiohire.com from the address registered to your account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
