Who we are

AxioHire operates a hiring marketplace for companies, recruiters, consultancies, affiliates and candidates in India. We act as the data fiduciary for personal data handled through the AxioHire website, portal and mobile apps.

Information we collect

• Account details such as name, email address, phone number, role and verification status.
• Recruiter and company information, KYC documents, agreements and payment details where required.
• Candidate profiles, resumes, employment preferences, screening information and hiring activity submitted with a lawful consent basis.
• Security, device, diagnostic and usage records needed to operate, protect and improve the service.

How we use information

• Provide authentication, hiring workflows, candidate submissions, communications, contracts, invoicing and payouts.
• Verify identities, prevent fraud, enforce platform terms and protect candidates and customers.
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution and audit obligations.
• Diagnose reliability issues. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

Processors and disclosures

We use service providers only for operating AxioHire. These may include Google for sign-in and crash diagnostics, Cloudflare for private object storage and delivery, Resend for transactional email, Meta/WhatsApp and configured SMS providers for service messages, and cloud hosting and database providers. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect the platform and its users.

Retention and deletion

We retain personal data only while it is needed for the purposes above. After requesting deletion, you can log back in within 7 days to cancel the request and restore your account. After 7 days, your account data will be permanently deleted or anonymized. To use AxioHire again after that, you must create a new account and start over. KYC and user-owned uploads are deleted and account identity is anonymized. Financial, contract, fraud-prevention and audit records may be retained where law requires, with personal identifiers minimized or anonymized where possible.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Candidate consent can be withdrawn through the relevant intake channel or by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
