Using AxioHire

You must provide accurate information, protect your account, use candidate data only for legitimate hiring, and comply with applicable law and the role-specific terms accepted during onboarding.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Do not create misleading profiles, fake jobs or candidate records without a valid consent basis.
• Do not scrape, resell, disclose or use personal data outside the hiring purpose for which it was provided.
• Do not bypass platform fees, manipulate submissions, abuse communications or interfere with platform security.
• We may suspend or close accounts that create legal, safety, fraud or platform-integrity risk.

Hiring, fees and payments

Job commercials, placement fees, guarantee periods, recruiter shares, invoice terms and payout conditions are shown in the applicable job, rate card or signed company agreement. Payouts are subject to the agreed conditions and receipt of funds where stated.

Platform availability

AxioHire provides workflow and marketplace technology but does not guarantee interviews, hiring outcomes, candidate performance or uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms, and will request re-acceptance for material changes where appropriate.

Privacy, ownership and law

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. AxioHire retains its software, brand and platform intellectual property. Questions, notices and disputes should first be sent to business@axiohire.com. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer and data-protection rights.
