Recruiter Agreement

Independent relationship

Recruiters participate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents or exclusive representatives of AxioHire. Recruiters control how and when they work, subject to job requirements, candidate consent and platform rules.

Recruiter responsibilities

• Source and submit only genuine candidates with a lawful consent basis.
• Provide accurate screening notes and never fabricate experience, compensation, availability or identity details.
• Keep client, candidate, fee and pipeline information confidential.
• Follow DND, messaging, privacy, anti-bribery and non-discrimination requirements.
• Do not circumvent AxioHire or submit the same candidate deceptively through multiple identities.

Fees and payouts

The applicable job or rate card shows the recruiter share and underlying client commercial terms. A payout becomes due only when its stated placement, guarantee, collection, tax and verification conditions are satisfied. AxioHire may withhold disputed or fraudulent amounts while investigating.

Termination and continuing duties

Either party may end participation. AxioHire may suspend access immediately for fraud, misuse of personal data, confidentiality breaches or platform circumvention. Confidentiality, data protection, earned-payment, audit and dispute terms continue where their nature requires.
