What bulk hiring actually costs in India

A bulk hire on AxioHire costs ₹8,000–15,000 per joined seat for entry-level and volume roles, or from 6% of annual CTC. There is no retainer, no upfront fee and no job-board spend. The percentage can be higher for specialist roles, urgent timelines and exclusive mandates.

What you pay per joined seat

For entry-level and volume roles the fee is a flat ₹8,000–15,000 per placement. That covers BPO agents, tele-collection and field collection staff, field sales and DSAs, support and delivery riders, warehouse and hub staff.

Other roles pay ₹25,000 and ₹45,000–55,000 per placement. Read as examples of the starting percentage, with the salary beside them: ₹25,000 on a CTC of about ₹4.2 lakh, at the 6% starting rate. ₹45,000–55,000 on a CTC of about ₹7.5–9.2 lakh, at the 6% starting rate. The percentage can be higher for specialist roles, urgent timelines and exclusive mandates.

Across every band the fee is charged once, on joining. Nothing is payable for posting a requirement, receiving a shortlist or running interviews.

What you are not paying for

The usual cost of bulk hiring is not the agency fee. It is everything around it, and it is usually already on the company's books before a single candidate is sourced:

  • Hiring team salary and benefits, every month
  • Time taken to source, screen and close each role
  • People spent coordinating with candidates
  • Sourcing costs — job boards, ads and agencies
  • Recruiting tools, and the follow-ups after every drop-off
  • Coverage limited to the team you already employ

A placement fee replaces the sourcing and screening part of that list. It does not replace your hiring team, and it is not meant to — you keep the decision on who joins.

Why volume roles are priced flat

Entry-level hiring is repetitive in a way senior hiring is not. The role is the same, the screening is the same, the training batch is the same. Once a recruiter has filled one seat in a batch, the second seat costs them far less effort than the first. A flat fee passes some of that efficiency back instead of charging a fresh percentage each time.

It also makes a batch predictable. Forty seats at a known fee is a number a finance team can approve in advance, which matters when training batches are scheduled on fixed dates and cannot slip.

How screening changes the maths

Volume hiring produces volume applications, and most of them are not usable. Duplicates, people who have already been submitted elsewhere, candidates in the wrong city or on the wrong shift, and profiles that simply do not meet the role criteria all arrive together.

On the platform, an illustrative 100 candidates in produces a shortlist of about 20 for the company. The screening happens before the company sees anything, so the fee is paying for the shortlist rather than for the pile.
