How the fee works
- Nothing is due at posting, shortlisting or interview. The fee is charged once, when the candidate joins.
- Paid either as the fixed fee above or as from 6% of annual CTC. Both are available on every requirement.
We call it a guarantee, not a replacement, because AxioHire charges nothing until a candidate joins. A replacement implies a fee was already taken up front; a guarantee protects the one fee you pay.

After the candidate joins. Nothing is payable at posting, shortlisting or interview.
Pay nothing until a candidate joins. If they leave within 30–90 days of joining, depending on the role, for an eligible reason, we find you another candidate for the role at no additional fee. You never pay twice for one seat. The exact number of days is between 30 and 90, depends on the role, and is agreed in the contract. Which exits qualify is set out in the company agreement.
