Where a success-fee marketplace is a poor fit
- Recruiters choose which requirements to work. A hard role, or a fee below the published floor, can move slower than a retained search that is paid to keep going.
- Budgets below ₹8,000 per placement: contact us. We tell you whether the fee is workable.
- Screening happens before the company sees candidates. The shortlist is smaller and cleaner, and you do not see the applications that were filtered out.
- Hiring guarantee: If someone leaves within 30–90 days of joining, we find another candidate at no additional fee. It is not a second hiring project you can point at any exit, and it is not a refund.
